This is for the people who have Windows XP. There is a not so well known free black theme you can install on your computer, it takes under 3 minutes to do and is as easy as a few clicks of the mouse. Follow the link I will provide and a box will pop up. Save or run the program (adware and virus free) It is provided by Microsoft but isnt listed on the Microsoft website. Install the program and select the theme after installation and there you go....

BTW...it will also change your wallpaper to the themes default wallpaper so you will have to change it back.
