I was in NJ two years ago, doing the speed limit (35mph) I was behing a van and there was a dodge avenger behind me, all of a sudden a cop flicks on his lights and the three of us pull over. He lets the other two go and keeps me.I asked him what I did wrong and he said i was doin 40.I didnt argue because it was my first time getting pulled over and i figured he go back to his car and write me a warning....so time goes by and he comes back only to hand me a ticket. He walks away and drives off. I look at the ticket and it ays I was doing 14 over in a residential area. I was pissed, and it was $100 too. I didnt fight it tho because the court date was scheduled for a wednesday in the middleof the school day, and at the time connecting states didnt transfer so i was only looking at the fine, if I would have fought it i would most likely have gotten a PBJ and it wouldnt have been worth it.....but yeah i hate thoose kind of cops as well
