i've only had one bad experience. I bought my 2.0 in pennsylvania, and live in jersey. So I go to DMV to register the car and transfer my license plates, put the back plate on at the dmv, but since pa doesn't require a front plate (nj does) there was no holes in the bumper. I live about 6 miles away, so figure I'll go home and drill the holes and put it on. So I get stopped on the same road as the dmv for no front plate. I explain the situation, tell the cop I literally just left the dmv, show him my credit card receipt and the receipt for the registration. goes to his car, comes back with a ticket and says "if you don't like it, fight it in court" and walked away.
