the rear can be aligned, but it is such a minor alignment, that it is only worth doing it if it is really otta whack, like you travel down the road, and the vehicle dogtracks(more commonly found with trucks, when the rear wheels do not follow perfectly the straight line path of the front). If it seems alright, dont try and fix something that aint broken, if it seems fine, just run with it.
