There are a couple different generations on the DIC (Drivers Information Center) some models you can cycle through the display until the oil life apears and hit the gas three times within 5 seconds and the oil life will reset to 100% New gen scroll through to oil life and press and hold the return arrow button until it resets.

but that's the 2.2L, how about the 2.4L? cause when i went looking, the 2.4L's filter cap is a different size, and the socket wouldnt work with the manifold in the way. I used a good ol fashioned crows foot, then made a wrench for it by buying a brand new wrench that fits, and then bending it twice.
As for the DIC oil life reset, the 2.4L can be set either with the DIC controls, or via the gas pedal, i have done both with my 2.4L
