first off, welcome to the site. 2nd off, which way do YOU want to go? what have you already gotten done? if you've already gone engine then why not stick to it and finish up a project then work your way to something else. and what kind of car do you have? but def. get new rotors soon, they blow.

go with cold air, then mounts. cold air frees up alot of HP and makes it more fuel efficent, sounds better, looks cooler, and really easy and fast to do. Great starting mod.

First and foremost. Lower the car...that's how I voted. Whether it be a small drop or an extreme drop..that's a huge difference in handling and appearance.

I have a 2007 Cobalt LS, it has a drop in K&N filter, and some aftermarket muffler that came with it, other wise performance wise it is stock

09 LS 2.2 liter, GM performance Cold air intake, and E3 diamond fire spark plugs. Going to be adding a Magnaflow performance exhaust sometime next week.

i voted springs also. i waited for over two years to get them and regretted it. they are now my favorite mod! car looks way better, and seems to be the most effective so far.
