Terrible...stories like this make it even scarier to ride a bike in the city.

No this was not daniels fault. The lady pulled out in front of daniel. and he was not able to stop quick enough.

~HELLO ALL~! - I will add more detail and information as we receive it. This will be posted nearly everyday as not only a reminder, but an update of information.

As most of you already know, Friday the 21st of December, our brother, son, husband, and father, Daniel, was killed in a tragic motorcycle wreck. Most of you that knew him know that he has 2 little boys, Alexander Remington and Carter Gauge. Those 2 boys meant the world to him and he did everything in his power to take care of him in life, so now we are doing everything we can to help take care of them since his death. We are holding a benefit to raise money for the Andrews Family in lieu of the recent death of their beloved son, husband, and father, Joseph Daniel.

Time, Date, & Location:

The date is set for Feb. 9th, 2008. The location is the American Legion Hall in New Caney, right next to the court house on Hwy. 59. The address is 21130 Legion Rd., New Caney, TX 77357. Starting as early as 10AM and ending at 3PM. If directions are needed, please contact myself or any member of the Andrews family via phone (832-588-6826) or myspace email.

Bike Run:

There will be a bike run on the date of the benefit from the Woodlands area to the location of the benefit in honor of Daniel. If you would like to participate, please contact us for more information.
Bike Show/Contest:
At the benefit, after the bikes arrive, we will be holding a bike show/contest. Judging will be done on look and bikes will be awarded plaques. To enter in the contest, there will be a $10 fee (all procedes go toward donation).

Food:

Also, there will be $5 bbq plates available (once again, all procedes go toward donation). Menu consists of brisquet, sausage, potato salad, and beans.

Silent Auction/Raffle:

We will also be holding a silent auction. Each item in the auction will be a donated item from either a store or individual. Starting bids will vary. There will also be a cash raffle. $1 a ticket, whoever has the winning ticket wins a percentage of all the money raised from the tickets sold. There will also be music.

If you would like to help out or would like to just show up, all support would be greatly appreciated. If you have any questions or would like to be kept up to date with any new details please just reply to this message or keep an eye out for the daily posting.

So come on out! Bring everyone you know, all are invited! Have some fun! And God bless all those who lend a helping hand!
