yeah but some states pay taxes on everything you own (car, bikes, 4-wheelers ect. ) ohio doesn't do that.

you call that bogus.. come to Indiana, you pay more the higher the year is.. i just paid $310 for standard old plates on my 07, and its $310 a year to renew

Pennsylvania only uses the back tag, no fronts, tags are $36 a year

yea...here in NY it is mandatory to have a front plate. I dont have mine on cause i didnt want the holes in the bumper and i think it looks good ... i just talk my way out of it everytime i get pulled over for it

They are really strict here in California....We have to have both also...

We also have to have both in minnesota. NoMe4U, It is also illegal to put it in your winshield if it's illegal not to have one on the front bumper.
