I ordered a key from ebay and it's on it's way. I do have the "computer key" with the (+).
My question is, where should I get it cut? I know you can't answer that. One reply above said their machine at Home Depot is "old." So it they can't do it. Are there questions I should ask before I let them cut this one? Because I only have one. So it's a one shot deal hit or miss deal.

the mega stores (i.e. wal-mart home depot menards)use a key cutting machine that takes cartridges that only work on specific keys but a real lock smith shop can "hand cut" all most any key (like a blank from e-bay for ur car) then all u have to do is program it.

I've gotten several "No" from locksmiths. Is there a reason they would not want to touch it? It is because they don't understand, or hear what I'm saying when I said "I can program it?"
Their "excuses" range from "There is a transponder key," "Only a dealer can do a car key." And "The equipment to cut a transponder key is $5,000, and we don't have it." I don't want to "talk them into it" and figure if they don't understand what I'm talking about, then maybe they shouldn't do it. I've not talked to every locksmith in my area, but I'm at 50/50 now. I'm not the only that ordered a blank key and need to have it cut, right?

Done. Found a locksmith that understands what I'm talking about. He has not gotten the "2008" book so we compared program instructions, which was the same as his 2007 book. I programed it myself anyways cause his fee for programing is $50.
I'm just surprise why so many would not touch this job. Just FYI for future. This is where it would have been a lot cheaper to go straight to the dealer. Dealer = $40 = a cut key and programing. Ebay key = $15 + Shipping = $20 Cut key = $10 If I was to pay for programing =$50 That's an $80 key!!!!!!
