what a polished valve cover should look like

didn't want to steal that guy's thread in the how to on polishing, but this is what a valve cover *should* look like after polishing with the correct equipment and 8 hours of labor. i just did this today.

it's not photoshopped either, you can literally see the ingalls torque damper that clearly lol

i have to polish someone's paxton supercharger this week, but hopefully by the end of the month i will be able to get 2 days to polish my supercharger too

well that's great and it looks great. Maybe you should make a write up in the how to section and we can delete mine.

Well atleast I did a write up for the sake of my fellow cobalt members and not for the sake of making a buck. I did the same for carbon fiber and I make money off that. Then you come and talk down to me about my valve cover saying it's not right yet I've gotten othing but compliments here and at shows about it. Then when you tell us you have the magic secret like a typical internet douchebag you won't share it with us.

So there it is, typical internet garbage.

I'm not here to make money, I'm here to gain and share knowledge with people who are interested in the same thing I'm in. You know what? I've done a good job of that as well and for the hobbiest that doesn't have fancy tools my write up is great.

Go crawl back in your hole, YC doesn't need you.
