If the dyno is correct and the owner is still claiming that it's stock then that is exactly what he's doing. He could even be running a bigger shot even though that's not suggested

if the owner is honest and not tryin to hide something, then damn, I should take my car to get dyno'ed, who knows what a 2.2 would put out if GM is posting false HP readings
