door handle problem
 
yeah i have been having a problem with the driver side door handle on my cobalt. sometimes the handle just wont work. but if i mess with the lock for awhile it makes a loud click and then it works again. it only happens on the drivers side and has only been happening for about a week. any suggestions?

better take that to the dealer! Other then that your going to be take your door panel all apart and try to find out where the handle is jamming at.

I believe there is a TSB about that, take it to your local dealer.

so this isnt a simple fix? i dont really want to tear down the door. how much do you think the dealer will charge to fix it?

to replace the handles its 25$ each...plus labor...unless you still have your warrenty...
