You need "nightshades" it's a spray on. Search around on the net to find it. Then simply pull out the tails, clean them and spray it on. Wait for them to dry and put them back in. Piece of cake.

what about the tail light eyelid thingss.. it is like some kind of black trim for them. has anyone heard of those?

You can also use the static cling tint, its easy and can easily be removed if you get pulled over for it.
