What improvements should i make on my 2008 Cobalt "Special Edition"

Lower , Exaust, Rims to start. CAI is always a quick gain as well

all depends on how deep your wallet is.
1) Intake 2) Exhaust (if you have anything less than the SS/SC or SS/NA) in diameter. I don't know what the "Special Edition" comes with. 3) Could always lower it if you have the cash. 4) Window tint 5) De-badge 6) Tint the tail lights etc etc etc....
