Exclamation Need Help! troubleshooting

So I have a 05 chevy cobalt ls 2.2L. Recently when driving i have been hearing a slight wine under accelerating but when lifting off the accel pedal it goes away.
My main concearn is the new problem. While driving i have seen my highbeam light, left blinker light, and brake light all come on.

All this has happend ONE at a time. 1st the high beam light flashed on and off once. Then the other two happened about a week later.

Any ideas?
