((deep breath... he's a noob)) place your ever-eager fingers on your mouse scroller while on the forum home page and gently roll it downward. If you can stand waiting that long, you'll eventually come across the word REGIONAL in big white letters on a blue background. Underneath that you will find a list of US regions. Pretty sure Maryland is still in the US so more than likely it will be located in one of those regions. You will be able to find other Marylanders in there and have one big happy Maryland online meet-and-greet. ;)
