ok well, since were talking tubing anyway, Are we talking totally different pipes from whats in the already made kit? or custom made tubes? Whats giving the biggest problem for the piping, The diameter of the pipe? or just the bends?

It's probably both. The intercooler will have lots of space but keepin that constant size piping and having to bend it around objects and still have the least amount of bends as possible is probably going to be a little bit of a challenge.
