Lighter Crank Pulley

I think there used to possibly be a post about this on here before. A lightened crank pulley is offered for the cobalts but isn't our crank pulley actually a harmonic balancer? So Lightening it would throw this off and cause engine damage? Anyone experience with this.

The JBP crankshaft pully is designed specifically for the LSJ and will cause no problems.
I will be using one on my car.

Sorry.

My understanding is that the crank pulley's will not harm your car, just make sure it is from a big name supplier.

The ecotech uses an integral pulley/dampener. Replacing it with just a pulley will have adverse negitive affect on your engines longevity.
