4-2-1 header

i am looking for a 4-2-1 header the only one i can find is made by rk sport, but they say it fits the ecotec 2.2 on cavaliers and sunfires, it should fit my 2.2 ecotec 05 balt right? Anybody have any luck finding or seeing other 4-2-1 headers?

As i understand it, there was no SAI in 05. it was a possibility in some of the later 06's, and it comes standard in all the 07-08's.

Secondary Air Intake. Its a bung that leads to a hose to draw in extra air or something like that. Its not really neccessary but if you get an intake/exhaust and its not SAI compatible your computer will throw a check engine light and the car wont drive right.

the company weapon R sells a nice 4-2-1 header but its not 50 state street legal. thats the only other 4-2-1 header i know of right now. as for the sai i dont know if its compatible with it. the reason the weapon R header is illegal is cuz it comes with there own down pipe with no cat. it might even throw a cel not to sure though havent tried it.

No, Headers that fit the cavaliers and sunfires do NOT fit the cobalt.
