ok.. with over 96,000 miles on it, getting 32-33 mpg, mixed city and highway. Best has been 35-36 mpg going to Cincinnati from Toledo with cruise on, A/C off.

so maybe you guys have lead feet?

ever since the cold weather hit here in Ohio I've dropped to 25 mpg from 29-30 mpg. This is a mixture of city/highway also. Sucks...............

i don't know how many miles you have on your cobalt but i noticed after the first maybe 1500-2000 miles the gas mileage started improving. i'm getting just short of 26mpg and i drive about 10 miles round trip to work with about 10 red lights each way and deep in the 30's on a nice highway trip. So give it a little bit see if it doesn't go up.
