LOL, seriously though man, unless someones parents are loaded they can't afford to be blowing money like that. My fiancee has a loaded dad and she spends like you and also works hard for it. I work my ass off too but I don't spend like crazy, lack of rich parents will do that to you.

$40 an hour is still a lot to pay for labor, and even with the discounted parts it's probably going to be atleast $1,000.

ok read what i said again... i only have to pay for the 2 hours in it.... at $40 and then the the parts from GM are about $200 and the pistons are about $500 with shipping... and we are rebuilding in my garage so i dont have to pay for it at the shop...

yes my parents have money but everything i do and all i spend is mine... get a better job or dont ***** if people make more then you.

Anyone here know what size socket you need for taking off the oil filter, i know its a big ass on....i cant seem to load the DIY page, so i need a little help.

don't be so quick to judge. i blew 2 motors, second time the rod went through the block. people don't need to be rich to say **** it, let's rebuild and try something new. they only have dedication

i'm about to start a new build shooting a 150 shot through a stock bottom end just to see what happens, and "my parents aren't loaded"
