new cams
 
All right guys. I want to put a new cam into my car this winter when i tear it down to port and polish it, but i have no idea what to use. Any suggestoins willl help its a 2005 2.2 5 speed. I dont want anything real serouis just somthing mild.

Buy a blank cam set from Crate Engine Depot, then you can have a shop you trust grind it however you want.

Wouldn't that cost more for him to get the blank cams grind whatever way he want?

Don't go any higher than stage 1 cams unless you have a source of tuning..

if you go so call stage 3 cams,beware it will only work well with a supercharger and possible a turbo not 100% sure on that part.

i think ill just go with a stage 1. hopefully that is enough for the money

?where can i get a stage 1 at?
