question_ 2.2L
 
i have a 06 2.2L chevy cobalt coupe thats autimatic and was wondering if theres any turbo or s\c i can drop in my car with out customizing parts.

if so where can i find it?

there is a garret turbo kit for your car. search for it. im too azy to look right now

The garret kit does require a custom tune though. Not many places around that do it.

Yeah because it's an issue with clearance and heat that the auto tranny generates. You would need a tranny cooler to run a turbo effectively.

o now that makes since. which kit do you think would be the best choice after getting the tranny cooler

Why not contact Garret or Hahn directly and get the facts and/or information from them -- directly from the people that know?

you can use any turbo kit (garret, hahn, alpine) or build your own. but youll either need a stand alone or a tune.

trifecta performance does canned tunes and they can make one for f/i

Eh I hate canned tuned any F/I car should be tuned on the dyno to insure a proper tune and the car doesn't run rich or lean.
