turbo upgrade ?

Hey all, I have a 2007 Cobalt LT and I am interested in adding a turbo to it. Can anyone give me there opinions on what is good or direct me to some sites to check out. Whats the best bang for the buck I guess that will not cost me my soul in return.

Ive heard Hahn makes a good turbo.

As for not costing a big buck, just remember you're going to get what you pay for.

JUST A IDEA***
This is totally a shot in the dark but i was planning on building a remote turbo similar to the one sts offers. Also i think that by doing this i will save a lot of money. i believe (if my maths right) you can stay under 1k in product cost if you shop around. And to have all of it welded together I dont see it costing more than 300$. They sell a hybrid turbo wastegate combo on ebay around 200 shipped. Oil pump and lines might cost another 200. Bov might be another 50 to 100 depending on brand. poly or rubber seals I havent looked into but im sure that wont break 100$. And the xtra pipe to run it back up to your intake manifold, i dont see it costing more than 150. And being that it is a remote turbo a intercooler is not needed.(although wouldnt hurt)
with this all said maybe you guys can key me in if im missing anything. also maybe fill me in on how much psi this engine can take (2.2 model). I was planning on starting at 4psi.
Please keep in mind that I am no gearhead and this is just a idea of mine I have been looking into, and i am welcoming advice on this.
Thank You.

PS I didnt include the smaller things needed i.e. intake filter for turbo, bots and screws.........and so on.

There is no tuning for 07+ 2.2's. the computers are different than the 06's. The only way to do it is to do a standalone like megasquirt which if you have no knowledge or experience with tuning I would def get someone who knows what the hell they are doin yanno.
