To anyone that has already finished the job, Have you guys had problems with water getting inside the headlights?

Not if you seal them up well. Just make sure you heat them up real good before putting them back together, then take some silicone and fill in the edges a more. If you do that, you should have no problems

I did all that...heated them up use extra silicone and my DS one still fogs up on me sometimes, I don't know what it is but the PS is perfect no problems.

I have the same problem. I had the problem before I painted my lights. Heated them in the oven to disassemble and reassemble so I thought all the moisture would be gone and used extra silicone to seal them, but... I do think there is definitely less condensation now, though.

Im thinking twice before i try it now,

perhaps ill just change the bulb to some blue light.
