hey if anyone's interested there's a company called custom car grills (customcargrills.com) that sells a pre cut mesh grll for the cobalt. It even has a rubber trim around it. they have it in two different styles. It's like 40 bucks but it looks really nice.

i am working on mine right now... i got everything i need. i cut out the slats sanded it down and such. decided not to paint it right now not until i do the lowers too. ne way i put the grill back in until i get a chance to put the mesh in it, and it doesnt seem like it is fitting in right. i will post a pic in a few could it be because it is still a little flimsy since there is nothing holding its shape... and i havnt put back in the screws and stuff yet. also how do i get the lower three out? thnx

Firebalt07 added 8 Minutes and 30 Seconds later...

it just doesnt seem like they are snapping in... dont want to break it either. thnx
