Passenger rear window install??

Ok so my rear window was busted out of my 2006 cobalt sedan a few weeks ago. Finally spent the money and ordered a new one. I'm going to try and do it myself with the help of a car savy friend so we should be able to do it. I was hoping someone on here could guide me through or give me some tips. I have the door panel off already so you can skip that part. Thanx in advance
