Shiftboot for Automatics(08 and Down)

As all you balts know, the automatic shifter on the cobalt is butt-ugly. I put on a shiftbook to change up the look a bit and some of you guys asked for a how to and pics, here goes the how 2....

things you need:
autozone shift boot $10
1 zip-tie

first start off by removing the console around the shifter, it easily snaps off, then grab your shift boot and put it on any way you want, then get the ziptie and tie the neck of the boot but from the inside so that it wont show, then put the book back down, snap the console back on and BAM the finished product..

i put it that way cuz i still want the PRNDIL to show but you can cover the whole thing if you want

you dont take off the shitknob, just the shifter console that surrounds it then you just tuck the boot under the console and your done
