For the first time in Yourcobalt history I'm agreeing with you 100%. lol

I didn't really have an opinion on this until a year ago when the Rousch Mustangs came out. Now as you know there are several levels Stage 1,2,3. Well Stage 1 is just cosmetics, but I didn't know that at the time so I see one and it looked great. I'm looking it over real good just as the car salesman comes out and he gets to the car in time to hear me say "what the hood scoop isn't functional? That's the gayest thing ever." I didn't even talk to the salesman. So front day forward I pretty much looked for function scoops only on cars I saw, otherwise I thought it was a waste.

Do it big or not at all. I think you can go either way...do what you want...I mean if you want to put a non functional hood scoop on then do it. I mean if you want that certain look then yeah. I mean it's a lot of work cuz you have to have it painted and what. I myself is just wanting something plain. Just an OEM CF Hood or the "SS" CF Hood or the VIS CF Invader hood. Either or but they are all really expensive.
