Cobalt = HHR taillights?

Would anyone know if the HHR tail lights With the white center would fit into the all red cobalt tail lights? if so would there need to be any major mods?

There are some really nice tail lights on EBAY for coupes and sedans. A lot of new designs and stuff. Or do you just want those?
