removing head rests

I just got a 2006 sedan and wanted to put seat covers on, I bought some but putting it over the head rest I come up short for the seat. If I could remove the head rest, then put the seat covers on then reinstall head rest it would work great. With it being a new car for me, I don't want to do to much damage to it.
Any ideas?

To remove the hearests, you will need a precisoin screwdriver, or something similar in size, there will be a small hole on the other side of the button, pull up the headrest to see it, push the button and pull again, you will get abotu a quarter inch, then put your screwdriver in the hole on the other side, push in on it and pull the hearest up and out, remember you have to keep pressure on the screwdriver till you get the headrest out. I wrote a DIY on another site. I am working on adding it here too.
