instead of painting the big pieces I was thinking to use vinyl imitation carbon fiber. I saw it at strauss. It looks good and i figured it would be a lot cheaper on Ebay. I'd use a hair dryer to soften it and do a good job at it, and it's not preformed so I can cut it just right. What do you think???

yea i just dont know how realistic those look tho
