i just found this on the facebook chevy cobalt owners group
  I looks taller though Heres a store link to it, yeah I know its a celica but i asked them and its just so you can see it. it is a direct bolt on, they wouldnt come out with a new design factory fin, and make ya drill holes in your deck lid for it

So.....
Will the SS/SC High Profile factory spoiler directly interchange with the low profile factory spoiler on the Sedan? No new holes, bolt off, bolt on?

looking at the photos and comparing them to mine, it looks like it is the same height as the SS and bolts on to the deck at the same place. I'd call GM parts and get the dimensions but I'm not looking to change mine out any time soon.......

Spoilers - Crate Engine Depot
Site for the sedan's latest spoiler. I don't believe the sedan spoilers will just bolt on to the coupe and vise-versa. The bolt pattern spacings are different -- not the same trunk lid...but can be made to bolt on
