debadge and bad paint...?

so i was debadging my car, and took off the little gm logo on the fenders. driver side came off fine, but pass came off weird. background...used fishing line to take off goo gone to disolve adhesive and wiped clean. with the pass it is almost like they put it on before they sprayed the clear coat cause there is an indentation where it was. i thought the paint may have came off with the emblem but when i looked all clean. any ideas on how to fix? will post pics not sure if some clear coat would fixe, but around the edges it almost looks darker too.
