I had the same thing happen, my layout was different than one you posted, just wondering maybe there is something going on with it, I did hear something about the 2006 model changing various parts half way through the year.

Wonders why we come up with 2 different Fuse box layouts, confusing, maybe there are 2 different ones, maybe grab the VIN for the subwoofer problem thread and see exactly what it says... weird.

So there are two dark green wires coming from the cobalt one is a speaker wire and the other is the data wire. So you're saying I may have switched the two and I just need to switch the dark green wires and connect my red wire from the deck which is power to the power wire from cobalt and connect my yellow wire from the new deck which is battery to what wire from the cobalt?
