I love your car (I have one the same color!!). Mine is kinda under- construction - I bought one with a little right side body damage, so I have no pix at this time. It's also a 2.2 with 5 speed.

hey man sorry i didnt respoond for some reason i didnt realize i had message. i got mine from a car audio shop, it was a metra harness, but it said it was for a saturn ion on it. still worked, hooked right up. was fo an 04-06 ion if that helps. im not to sure about any other info.

you can hit up craigslist and pm a mod on there an ask them exactly what you need for you headunit, they'll put everything right in your shopping cart for you.
For my headunit i needed not only the harness but some others pices, like the antenna adapter and mounting kit. But like i said, your better off asking someone on craigs list.

Oh, and i harness was kind of hard to find, the place i got my shit installed didnt have the harness, i had to go around looking for one. i finally found a shop that said the ion harness would work. They gave me that, and it did.
