Thumbs down Luminics high beams burned out

Over the summer i got a pair of luminics krypton titanium white bulbs, but recently the high beams stopped working, but the regular lights work just fine. i swapped out the luminics and put my stockers back in and was going to contact luminics about a replacement. but, according to their website, their bulbs are only covered by a 3 month warranty? wtf is that? it's normal to have to replace your bulbs every 3 months? i'm pissed cause i spent like 60 bucks on the f'n things and now that i have nearly no money (poor college student) i can't buy a new set. any ideas? should i just be a **** to their customer service and try and get a new set?

ouch man. Thats kinda crappy. I got them krypton bulbs once in my cavy and i put them in and then two weeks later i turned my lights on and they went crazy they were flikering and flashing. They suck. see if you can find the super plazma bulbs for the cobalt.. they are like 20 bucks. or you can get the Silverstar Ultra they are 50 bucks but they have a 1 year warrenty.

Those replacement bulbs like luminics, silverstars, etc, etc will not last long. I've heard of someone getting 8 months out of some silverstarts but that's the best I've heard.

I had Silverstars (not Ultras) and they lasted me about 2-3 months. Waste of money IMO. I saw no color or brightness difference between those and stock bulbs.

my apologies man. anyway, the difference in brightness wasnt very big but i really liked the color and how it made my car stand out at night, does anyone have any good experience with aftermarket bulbs that could suggest a good company to get a replacement from? i tried contacting their customer service but they have a 3 month warranty that i exceeded so my hopes for a free replacement aren't high. or, if anyone could point me in the direction of a well-priced HID conversion kit i'd be willing to take a look at it. i take no shame in admitting i'm a newb with the whole car scene, so im still getting a taste for what's out there and how it all works and such.
