i dont have a problem with members of YC, i have a problem with the admin and how he runs the forum.

Think up one of his favorite snakcs. Like chocolates, or in other kind of office munchies someone might bring to work. Then tell him that you think another employee across the building from you mentioned that they had brought some today but informed you not to tell him...
If that doesn't work... You could always pull the fire alarm, and when you don't come running out tell him later you were just trying to save important files at the expense of your own life, and you were more than willing to take the risk...
