yes the inter-cooler coolant pump ugh my bad. Sorry i thought i had it right.

but he is going to replace it with either a cobra or ford lightning one. He read up on it from css.net and this will be better and much cheaper. He saw that this was a good mod that people tried and it worked out giving it more flow.

Tell him while hes at it get the dual pass end plate for the inter cooler. That will help with flow and heat build up too.

hrm..i'll tell him I know he HAS done an intercooler mod. Not sure if it's that one. He said he's allready done that and has done any intercooler mods he can except the surge tank setup to generate higher waterpressure. He just needs a pump so he's going to look into the pump mod.

Yes, I have looked at the pumps for my car, I've read that stock SS/SC replacments from GM (Or anyone else for that matter) are around $400! Stock Lightning and Cobra pumps are generally $160 new and cheaper on ebay. I'm definatly going to get one of those pumps as people on css.net have stated that the pumps for fords flow more. I don't know how true that is, but it's not like I have an option.

I do have the stage 3 dual pass intercooler end plate and have added a second heat exchanger. (Check my avitar) I'm going to port the supercharger soon because hot-as-hell Tucson weather dosen't get any better during the summer!
