did the bearings seize, cause if you know how to dismantle a water pump, go for it, otherwise, i believe it would need to be replaced

If it is seized then it needs to be replaced...You can try to fix the bearings but, the heat that caused them to seize probably warped the inside of the bearing cup. Fixing it or un-seizing them will only temporarily fix the problem, you would be better off just replacing it. If it is warped inside the whole thing could fly apart (There is a chance of this, I'm not too sure cause I don't know how they are assembled.)

Gmparstdirect.com has it for $111.62

i do believe you will need a bench press for removing the pulley, no quoting me on it though, i havent had one go yet, but it might be the next thing

i dont know if you can loosen it up with a little spray of White lithium grease, and a pry bar, but it may help(suggested to do it on a bolted down bench and vise)

Are you talking about the water pump or the fan motor for the radiator? There isn't a "power wire" on the water pump as far as I know.

there's a power wire on the water pump.....he checked it out and nothing is working he's either gonna buy a new one or look into that mod people are doing on css.net and put in a ford lightning one. Because it siezed he's not getting coolant to his supercharger and it's getting hot and not performing well. He said it's time to put the balt away for a break :( poor balty. Now he drives his cavy.....die hard with it's empty nitrous bottle lol

So the SS/SC water pumps are electric? I was unaware of that.

He's talking about the inter-cooler coolant pump. The inter-cooler uses coolant just like the engine but its in its own separate system. That pump is electric and should be replaced.
