After having yet another difficult conversation with my fiance this morning I realized I've learned some things.

When you are arguing with each other, just let it go. It's not worth it, let her win and all will be better in the long run.

Women like random gifts. They don't have to be expensive, just thoughtful.

Random flowers are good gifts!

Foreplay for women goes on 24/7 unlike for men in which it's the 30 seconds right before sex

Even if those jeans do make her look fat, you better not tell her. I know she asked you, but a little white lie won't hurt in this case.

If she comes home saying she had a long day at work, theres no chance of sex that night.

If she asks how your day went, she really wants you to ask about hers.

Don't ask about what she was like in college because she just might tell you and you don't want to know!

When your gf makes three times as much as you don't even try to buy her Christmas presents that cost what hers cost her to buy for you.

the little things add up, so open the door for her, make her a nice dinner occasionally, and tell her how nice she looks

Use words like stunning and beautiful to describe her, not nice and good.

she doesn't want to go to the US Gran Prix in Indy and if you make her she will hold it against you forever!

Vacations with the guys to Vegas or Mardi Gras are over, get over it. It's weekends in Vermont and her relatives house now.

You can have a project car, as long as she still has a spot in the garage.

last and certainly not least, when she takes two hours to get ready to go out don't say "it took you two hours for that?"

i wanna to the Grand Prix i don't want to sit in a swank hotel room and eat dinner and drink wine. I want beer and the smell of burning rubber damnit.
