in fact Im getting over a cold and emercenC seemed to shorten it. Airborne helped too. They're both the same idea massive amounts of vitamin C. ive heard 1000 mg. when you're healthy and 2000 mg. when you're sick

i have just gotten the cold, and am giving an old wives tale trick, drink one glass of tea(green prefferred, any would do), just before bed, and should be gone in three days
