honest opinion, i would go with a wrx, or integra. Yes, the integra has the rice denotation to it, but they are good looking cars if you dont go overboard on the body mods. Both cars have superior aftermarket support for them, and you can find relatively cheap integras that also wont hurt your insurance. The WRX from the box has a fair bit to boast about, but the cost, and insurance are what hurt it the most

Man you gotta step back and do some research. Then go drive everything you can. You have been all over the map with this from EVOs, Z, SS/SC, SS/TCs, and everything in between.

Write down what YOU want in a car, then search car websites like autobytel, cars.com, car and driver, motor trend, etc etc for reviews of cars on your list. Then lurk on web forums and see what others are saying about them. Mainly though you gotta quit going all over the map and asking us what we think. This is not our car to buy, it's yours and so it has to please you.

If you want something cheap and easy to tune get a freaking LS1 Camaro. You can be deep in the 10s for not a lot of money. So there's my opinion. It meets all your requirements and it's faster then all those rice rockets you are looking at and unlike them when it's running 10s, it will still be very streetable.

No joke, low 11 high 10 LS1's are are easy to get, and they still have good road manners thanks to the motors versatility.

But yea i agree with dreamer, you need to figure out what you want. And alot of times your not going to bag a dream car, but just try to find something that you really like, and one you could imagine seeing yourself in for a long time. You have to live with it, not us.

What is your budget? That would really help us out a lot. Then we can really narrow the field.

i stick with my previous suggestion of an integra. Yes, it is under the rice category, but it can be done up as a nice car, has backing from lots of tuning sources, and is a cheaper car, not to mention, insurance is peanuts compared to the Z. I was thinking of getting an integra as just my "throw around" toy.
