All things considered, I'd say the spread show's a deffinate collection of know-how within these boards...

Yep, there is a lot of knowhow here, especially Nugz who is a forklift mechanic, I would trust him wrenching on my car...I'm a part-time heavy machinery mechanic that works on CNC mills, turret punch presses, press brakes, etc and I have worked in mechanic garages, on my family members cars, HS auto shop cars, etc. I have even done CCTV systems for my parents house along with motion sensitive cameras and flood lights. Honestly, none of it's really that hard and I get bored pretty fast, lol.

Man I hate working in an office. I'd love to be doing stuff like that...

I get all the regular traffic in my shop, and the random school bus, peterbuilt car hauler, or specialized vans

hmm... Cars that I have owned and worked on

1. 2004 Saturn Ion2 - mostly audio and maintenance
2. 2005 Dodge Dakota - 5 inches of lift, roll bar, exhaust, grille, engine work, ummm... lots of other small shit
3. 1984 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 - holley carb, 305 with 2 stages of spray, 150 and 250 (really scares the shit out of you to drive)
4. 1988 Mustang - kinda... it had a Mustang frame and body, anyway. Dodge 360 bored and stroked to a 408. no mufflers... or cats... not street legal, but it was there anyway. 250 shot of the spray
5. 2008 Cobalt - getting started in the next week or two on intake and exhaust, then gonna decide on racer or ricer

I saw one of those style Camaros on streetfire.net except it had a C5 ZO6 LS6 motor that was modded, swapped into it, and was spraying a 150 wet shot of nitrous. It was tearing up Cobras and heavily modded EVOs like nothing...

Those old-school Chevys are tough man. You can't beat that shit... unless you go REALLY old school. Then Mopar rules the street, in the late 60s into the 70s.

My friends are actually looking into an 07 Ram 4x4 except with the Cummins motor and 6-speed tranny, they're pretty badass trucks. How has the 07 been as far as short term build quality issues and reliability?
