Dash Buzzing/Vibrating
Its funny my car has been in the dealer 3 times for the same issue and they admitt that there is a noise coming from the dash yet cant find out where it coming from...
It sounds like two plastic pieces rubbing together somewhere between the windshield and the radio and only happens when its cold outside or when the motor is decelerating... If you sit in the driver seat you swear it is coming from right in front of you and if you sit in the passenger seat you swear its on your side... The mechanics that have worked on it have had the dash apart probably about a dozen times and put insulators where they believe the sound is coming from but its so annoying because it hasnt gone away and it sounds like i m running a coffee can exhaust right inside the car.... A little rattle every now and again i wouldnt probably worry but its brutal... Does anyone else have/had issues like this??? Last edited by Coke_Hauler; 02-10-2010 at 07:20 PM. |

my rattling problem was due to the mechanics leaving their tools in my engine compartment where theirs that little lip by the windshield sprayers
