So I was wondering how big the cobalt gas tank is. I thought it was 13.5 gallons but when I fill up from literally the red line it only puts I. About 10.8 to 11 gallons. So is my gas gauge and DIC wrong when it comes to gas or was I wrong with tank size? I also think something is t right somewhere because I'm only gettig about 280 to 300 miles per tank ad I do a lot of highway driving and I baby it
if they gave the empty fuel warning when you only had 1 gallon left, you'd see a lot of people running into trouble as sadly a lot rely on that warning to know when to refuel. so when they tell you with 3-5 gallons actually left, you have time to get to a gas station.
I have put 50 liters into my tank, that equals out to 13.25 gallons. Usually only 45L (12g) if i wait till the low fuel warning comes on tho
