Exclamation Under Hood Fuse Box

Hey I have a question I thought i would check my fuse box today to see if all my fuses were good, because I have been getting a check engine light and noticed some of my fuses were missing is this normal? There are fuses in there for things I don't even have. Does anyone have any advice or maybe a diagram of the fuses that i should have in there for a base cobalt?

All cobalts are going to have the same fuses, if you don't have the feature that the fuse says there's probably not a fuse there. The diagram is on the fuse box cover. If you have a CEL go to a auto store to get your codes checked and report back here and we can help!

Did you pull out any fuses to check them? Probably did not re-install in right slot. Don't panic .

try disconnecting the battery, let it sit a few mins, reconnect, key in ignition in on position (dont try to start the car) let it sit like that for 10-15 mins. car off, wait a few seconds, try to start.

you might have tripped the immobilizer

Didn't think the fuse blocks were different between 2005 and 2007 aside from DRL fuse.

My guess is that you moved the injector fuse to wrong spot.
