i think i may make one out of carbonfibre, and make it removable from the actual cover. Say, use a hardener that will turn it harder than a rock, and it should be good to go.

ive been trying to get rid of my engine cover for awhile. had no takers. thats all i have to part with on your list but u can have that for $10-$15 plus shipping
