Chevy Cobalt Performance 4-1 Header (2.0L / 2.4L)
 


Description:
This performance header fits 2.0L LSJ and 2.4L Ecotec Chevy Cobalts.

[FEATURES]
- 4-1 Design for maximum flow
- Integrated EGR passage and oxygen sensor bung
- True bolt-on design with no welding required during installation
- Heavy 3/8" flanges
- 1.71" primary tubes with near-equal length design
- All stainless steel construction followed by a high-temperature, cast grey finish
- Includes heavy .90" think header-to-engine gaskets and header-to-downpipe gaskets.
- Header weighs 8.8lbs vs the stock 12.2 lbs

beautiful header...just wish they designed on like this for the 2.2's

Mod's So Far: AEM CAI, Tinted, Totally Debadged, Custom front SS bumper, Lower Billett Grille, DC Carbon Strut Bar, 2.5 Magnaflow Catback Exhaust and dropped on Progress Springs.

Future Mods: In Order - Rimmies, Intake Mainfold Swap, Drilled and Slotted Rotors, Trans Mounts, Short Throw Shifter, Internals, Ingalls Stiffy Torque Dampner

The 2.2L header should be ready in March! We'll post it up for sale when its released.

Sounds great...did you guys find a design for us who have the Secondary Air Injection (SAI) system ?

See if any of your local dealers can/will disable the SAI on your 2.2. Their technicians can do it (but really depends on where you live and if the emissions laws require it). If they will then you can just remove all the SAI sh...tuff and install whatever header you can!!!

The brand is Technostalgia and they never mentioned anything about SAI.. This header has been available for months now and I have received zero complaints.
