air pressure sensor?
 
i have a 2008 cobalt ls sedan. I was wondering if i get new rims, what is going to happen with the air pressure monitor that is displayed with on the instrument panel. i don'y really care if that works anymore i just wanna make sure im not gonna get any error lights.

it will just show the light. We have a 2006 Nissan Titan we took the sensors out of when we threw on the oversized wheels, and all it shows is the tire pressure monitoring light.

You shouldnt have a problem, if you do, just get the shop toi change over the pressure monitors to the new rims, and all will be fine.

I put aftermarket rims on and the tire light came right on. A little black tape works good. lol
